All Buyers must register to bid in the Auction.
Bidders must register at Reception and collect a Bidders Card which must be retained throughout the sale. The Auctioneer will not accept your bid in the saleroom without a Bidders Card
Pre-Registration may be made, latest by 3:00pm on the day before the Sale, by completing the Pre-Registration Form, Click here, and emailing to us (button on the form)
If you cannot attend the auction you may leave an absentee
Absentee Bids may be emailed, latest by 3:00pm on the day before the Sale. (we are unable to accept emailed Absentee Bids after this time) email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Absentee Bids may be left at the Sale Reception on the day of the Sale.
Payment must be made on the day of sale.
There is no Internet bidding at the West Meon Hut Auction
VAT at the current rate will be payable on all items marked with an asterisk (*) in the Sale Catalogue.
Condition Reports are NOT available for the West Meon Hut Auction Lots
Buyers are strongly advised to view in person.
All lots are sold without warranty, and no guarantees are given or implied as to their working condition.
All items on the premises are deemed to be insured by the Vendor before the fall of the hammer and by the Purchaser after the fall of the hammer.
Subject to satisfactory payment (see above), all items should be removed on the day of Sale.
We do not pack or post.
